Is this legal?

Yes, in most states in the US mushroom spores are legal to possess. Idaho, Georgia, and California have passed laws which make mushroom spores illegal, so we do not ship to those states unfortunately.

Research Syringes (Liquid Cultures) are a grey area, but we ensure that our cultures contain 0% psilocybin, making them legal to possess.
