Refunds

Refunds will be given if a culture is shown to have unwanted contamination. This does not apply to spore syringes to do the nature of spores, though heavily contaminated spores may receive a refund.

Payments

We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe, cryptocurrency payments, and PayPal for payments.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

Replacements will be sent if proof of catastrophic completely inhibiting the use of the cultures can be provided. Each damage culture will be replaced.

Shipping

We only ship inside the United States where Psilocybe mushroom spores are legal. We ship priority mail through the United States Postal Service to ensure speedy delivery and care.
